Whether you’re new to sound baths or have meditated before, this session will leave you feeling centered, refreshed, and more in tune with your surroundings and the present moment.
Let the vibrations of crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, ocean drum and gong melt away tension and restore balance and clarity to your mind and body.
