My journey into sound healing is deeply rooted in a personal quest for balance, harmony and wellness.
A longtime practitioner of yoga and meditation, I discovered the transformative potential of sound healing during a particularly challenging time in my life when I desperately needed relief from anxiety and depression.
After participating in many sound baths and private healing sessions, I was motivated to share this gift with others. My formal training included the study of ancient traditions and modern methodologies of sound healing.
I am certified in Level 1 and Level 2 Sound Healing for group and private sessions and I am also a trained Integrated Energy Practitioner.

Whether you are looking to align your energy centers, deepen your meditation practice, improve sleep or simply find a calm center in a chaotic world, I offer Sound Healing Meditation sessions with the most positive of intention to aid others on their journey towards wellbeing.
